CEC is a non-profit association and counts 11 members:
Argenta, Bank J. Van Breda, Bank Nagelmackers, Belfius, Beobank, BNP Paribas Fortis, CPH Banque, Crelan, ING Belgium, KBC Bank, vdk bank

The members are bound by the Articles of Association and the Rules of CEC.
The Rules define amongst others the roles and responsibilities of CEC and its direct participants.

The members can represent indirect participants. Today, CEC counts 23 indirect participants.
